Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Terms Prices are for either a short break of 4 nights or for seven nights self-catering accommodation for Granton Coach House as described and equipped.
2. Confirmation of Booking On receipt of 30% deposit, confirmation of booking will be provided, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your visit. For bookings made within the 6 week period, full payment is required. Please telephone or email to pay by credit/debit card.
3. Number in Party The accommodation is for the exclusive use of those listed on the booking form and is limited to the number of persons specified. Sub-letting is not permitted.
4. Arrival/Departure On the day of arrival, guests are welcome to arrive after 3.00p.m and the property must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Your adherence to this is required to ensure the high standard of servicing of the Coach House.
5. Cancellation So long as notice of cancellation is received not less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period, you will not be liable to pay any outstanding balance. However, if cancellation is notified within 8 weeks of the commencement date of the rental, you will be liable to pay the full balance, unless we are successful in re-letting. We recommend guests consider UK Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
6. Care Of Property Guests undertake to take good care of the property and to leave it in similar order as found on arrival. An inventory check will be made at the end of each rental with appropriate payment to be made for breakages and unreasonable damage to the fabric.
7. Liabilities We are unable to accept liability for loss or damage to guest’s property or for personal injury. Cars parked on the premises are at the owner’s risk.
8. Pets Sorry no pets allowed.
9. Smoking Strictly no smoking within the Coach House.
10. Adult Requirement There is a large pond in our garden and although the main garden is not available to guests staying in the coach house, nevertheless for their safety, children should be kept under constant supervision.
